Based on a quote of E.A.Poe: "Is all that we see or seem but a dream within a dream?", the film depics the idea of a dancer's daydream. It is twisted so that the perspection of reality occurs several levels away. Consequently, the reality mirrors upon itself through the dream, and causality can no longer be distingueshed in its perception.
